BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Referring to the Notice Letter from Pasundan Foundation of Higher Education (Yayasan Pendidikan Tinggi Pasundan, YPT) regarding the implementation of Working from Home (Bekerja dari Rumah, BDR) situation for 10 days starting from June 21st to July 2nd, 2021, activities within Universitas Pasundan are mostly done online.
Rector of Unpas, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Jusuf Sp, M.Si., M.Kom., IPU said that the regulation was re-set in order not to increase the number of spreads, considering that Covid-19 case in Bandung was confirmed as Alert I.
“The duration of BDR will be further evaluated, according to the recent situation and condition. Each form of administrative needs can now be accessed by online service,” he confirmed on Thursday (June 24th, 2021)
During these period (of BDR), official activities outside the region will be temporarily postponed. Physical activities, both in and outside campus are limited to maximum 25% of the total capacity of the room, by also always obeying strict health protocol.
“Besides that, staffs are not allowed to accept guest unless it is necessary, as much as maximum 3 persons and requires to show the result of swab or PCR test. Staffs are also required to do clean and healthy lifestyle and implement 5M principle in their daily life,” he continued.
Students are also not allowed to come to campus, unless there are academic and non-academic administration. Each administrative unit of the faculty needs to provide service online according to Rector’s provision.
Students can contact a hotline number of administration service, adjusted to their needs and will be served on its operational hours. Service provided included information about PMN, finance, exam test, proposal seminar, diploma, letter administration, library, short-term semester, scoring and other administrative needs.
“Unpas, through faculty, is trying to provide as best as it could, to fulfill students’ need, both by academic website in each faculties or support by front office on the available contact,” he said.
