BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Kemendikbudristek represented by Directorate General of Teaching and Student Affairs (Direktorat Jenderal Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswan, Ditjen Belmawa) underwent the monitoring and evaluation (monev) for implementation of assisted program for Collaboration of Curriculum and Implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (Kerja Sama Kurikulum dan Implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, KSKI MBKM) in Universitas Pasundan on Friday, 5 November 2021.
The event was done hybrid in Unpas Faculty of Teaching and Education. Departments which will undergo the monitoring and evaluation are Department of Biology Education and Department of Urban Planning.
It needs to know that in 2021 fiscal year, Unpas received the assistance program of KSKI MBKM for seven departments, namely Department of Visual Communication Design, International Relationship, Public Administration, Biology Education, Urban Planning, English Literature and Informatics Engineering.
Team of monitoring and evaluation from Ditjen Belmawa were directly welcomed by Vice Rector I Prof. Dr. H. Jaja Suteja, SE., M.Si., Vice Rector II Dr. Ir. Yudi Garnida, MP., Vice Rector III Dr. H. Deden Ramdan, M.Si., Dean of FKIP Dr. H. Uus Toharudin, M.Pd., Dean of Faculty of Engineering Dr. Ir. Yusman Taufik, MP., Head of P3AI Dr. Cartono, M.Pd., M.T and other representatives of each department.
The event was officially opened by the representative of assessor, Yanuar Dwi Prasetyo, S.Pd.I., M.A., Ph.D. He stated that the monitoring and evaluation is the last session of KSKI MBKM series. There were at least three things which become the focus and concern.
“First, monitoring and evaluation aim to record the performance progress of outcome target submitted in the proposal. Second, we would like to know the obstacle and advantages in the outcome arrangement. Third, we also would like to find out how much of the absorbed budget that has been sent, since it will be used for Term 2 disbursement,” he explained.
He also emphasized that departments that will undergo the monitoring and evaluation should report the progress of outcomes target as detailed as possible so that the assessor team could provide suggestion and maintain further discussion to fasten the process itself.
As a host, Dean of Unpas FKIP Dr. H. Uus Toharudin, M.Pd said that he himself felt enthusiastic to welcome the assessor teams; while the team of KSKI MBKM appointed by the department is also prepared and ready to undergo the monitoring and evaluation.
“We hope KSKI MBKM would find its ending, especially when Unpas has clear vision and mission which are also entitled to its faculties and departments to be planned and implemented. We hope there would not be any mistakes, since we are really enthusiastic doing this,” he said.
Meanwhile, in the end of his speech, Unpas Vice Rector I Prof. Dr. H. Jaja Suteja, SE., M.Si, representing the Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Jusuf Sp, M.Si., M.Kom., IPU emphasized that Unpas would report the progress according to the agreement, both collaboration document, supporting documents and videos.
“I think the assistance fund really help strengthen the implementation of MBKM in the university to be much better. Therefore, since there is fund assistance from the government, it should need to be accountable. We hope the outcomes could be in accordance with the reviewer’s request,” he concluded.
Furthermore, the monitoring and evaluation activity were held by presentation from the department (recipients of the assistance) regarding the results of program implementation and the level of achievement which is in accordance with the outcomes. In addition, there will be a constructive discussion, along with the submission of findings and recommendations from the assessment team from the Directorate General of Belmawa. (Reta)*
