BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – In the end of last January 2021, Ditjen Dikti began to implement Teacher’s Workload (Beban Kerja Dosen, BKD) online through SISTER (Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Terintragsi) application.
Vice Rector I of Universitas Pasundan Prof. Dr. H. Jaja Suteja, SE., M.Si explained that the BKD reporting through the system provided by Kemenristekdikti aimed to support the implementation of MBKM regulation and reduce teacher’s administration load.
In addition, SISTER application also helps simplify the teacher’s career documents in one integrated system and performance which is outcome (output) oriented. Therefore, it also supports the institution’s Key Performance Indicator (Indikator Kinerja Utama, IKU).
“Before SISTER was established, BKD reporting was still carried out manually. Therefore, its use is expected to make it much easier for teacher to report their activities,” he explained, on Saturday, 23 October 2021.
Based on Ditjen Dikti Circular Letter No. 0277/E4/KP/2021, universities require to apply the Operational Guidelines (Pedoman Operasional, PO) of BKD starting from June 2021 or Februari 2022 at the latest.
“The reporting was usually carried out once in a six month or each semester. Teachers throughout Indonesia, including in Unpas, are required to report the University Tri Dharma or other additional tasks,” he explained.
Not only reporting BKD, teachers are also required to fill the Teacher’s Performance Plan (Rencana Kinerja Dosen, RKD) and Teacher’s Performance Report (Laporan Kinerja Dosen, LKD) in SISTER website. Every November, universities must report the recapitulation of LKD assessment to the Director of Human Resource.
“SISTER will record each activity of teacher’s Tri Dharma. The data update is important to carry out to find out which teacher is keeping themselves discipline and consistent carrying out the Tri Dharma or otherwise,” he continued.
As per 23 October 2021, there were only 218 private universities activating SISTER BKD in Even Semester 2020/2021. Unpas ranks the third with the amount of 631 teachers. He continued that SISTER application really saves time for BKD reporting, because the system installed on it is integrated with the data from PD Dikti. Teacher’s portfolios are automatically arranged when logging in to its website.
“SISTER BKD is designed as one-stop service to serve a whole teachers’ portfolio, data update and teachers’ career development, such as teachers’ certification, credit assessment for academic position promotion, and others,” he concluded. (Reta)*
