In the near future, multimedia laboratory will supervise two laboratory practices, namely graphic design and digital marketing. Students will be led to learn and understanding technical matters related to graphic, vector and bitmap.
Meanwhile, to adjust the marketing condition which is mostly taking advantage on technology today, students will learn the basics of marketing strategy in the digital field, create contents, as well as creating the advertisements and the way of distribution through social media.
“These matters, we think, are suitable to what are needed in the disruption era. We hope the multimedia lab could gather students’ creative ideas in order to create the work and assignment’s concept,” he added.
Currently, the process of multimedia laboratory improvement taking 2.5 months of preparing has already been 99%. It only needs to be finished by adding few mural ornaments and other elements. The plan is that this lab will be used for odd semester class. (Reta Amaliyah S)*
