BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Recenly, Magister of Notary (Magister Kenotariatan, MKN) Universitas Pasundan successfully won the first and second place at the 2022 Deed-making and Notary Practice Simulation Competition, Padjadjaran Notarial Fair.
The competition held by Unpad Student Association of Notary was attended by all departments of Notary around Indonesia, both state and private universities.
Head of Department of Notary Unpas, Irma Rachmawati, S.H., Sp.I., M.H., Ph.D said that the process of making deed was entirely carried out by the students. The department only provided them facility for laboratory and tutor.
“We, department and teachers of Unpas MKN, are proud of this achievement, especially when we found out that they have competed to other students from state and private university around Indonesia. We considered that this is one of the prestigious competitions, whose difficulty level is exhausting and extraordinary,” she said, on Tuesday, 29 March 2022.
Irma also added that they only had short time preparing for the competition. However, students were also helped by the activities in the deed-laboratory in Unpas MKN.
“Thank you to the teachers, on Deed and Laboratory subject in Unpas MKN, who always maintain the learning quality in the class; therefore, students are able to reach the output (CPL) on the subject,” she said.
Irma appreciated the competition initiated by IMNO Unpad. She thought that IMNO Unpad have successfully held the event professionally. She hoped that students of Unpas MKN will be encourage to hold similar event in the national level.
“Hopefully, Unpas students could learn fo IMNO Unpad which is able to hold such classy national-level activities,” she continued.
Likewise, the alumni of MKN Unpas, are expected to emulate the Unpad Notary Alumni Association (Ikatan Alumni Notariat) which is dedicated to the alma mater. The study program will also learn and take comparisons from MKN Unpad as the supervisor of MKN PTS, including MKN Unpas.
“In the future, we hope that MKN Unpas teaching activities can improve qualifications so that students are able to answer the challenges of their position as notaries,” he said. (Reta)*
