Those study programs include Department of Food Engineering, Education of Elementary School Teacher and Accounting.
The visit and verification process will be held on Tuesday, April 27th, 2021 virtually and reviewed by the team from Ministry of Education and Culture. The competition program relates to various standards which needs to be fulfilled in all programs of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM).
Unpas Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Jusuf Sp., M.Si., M.Kom., IPU said that the visit was one of stages to earn the grant fund as part of the program itself.
“Later, these three study programs will earn the fun and we need to carry out what was proposed on the proposal before. We are confident and optimistic, Insya Allah. What is most important is how we make our commitment in the implementation,” he explained.
Unpas has once previously proposed five study programs to be included in the PPKM, namely Communication Science, Law Science, Food Technology, Education of Elementary School Teacher and Accounting. However, after being selected, only three of them which have been approved.
The visit will be attended by leaders of university; deans and head of departments and secretaries as well; also few back-ups of who are submitted in the proposal.
“The visit would be like clarification and a virtual description of what is written at the proposal and how it runs on the field,” he added.
The visit and feasibility verification are the last step after previously Unpas has passed the administrative and substance selection process. Through PPKM, Unpas can run the implementation of MBKM curriculum optimally, as well as increase the quality of students and alumni themselves.
“This is the final steps. We are confident and optimistic, we could pass them,” he ended. (Reta Amaliyah S)*
