BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Getting towards the 2022/2023 Academic Year, Universitas Pasundan reopens Girls’ Dormitory Hj. Fatimah (Rumah Susun Mahasiswa, Rusunawa) located in Unpas Campus IV, Jalan Dr. Setiabudhi No. 193 Bandung.
This dormitory has 4 floors with 96 bedrooms which are able to accommodate up to 192 female students. It offers complete facilities with affordable rental price per year.
Administrators of this dormitory Kiki Nurzakiah, S.Sos and Andri Taufan Hidayat, S.H said that each bedroom can accommodate maximum of two people. Each of them will be only charged 4,6 million rupiahs per academic year.
“If the room is for herself only, it will be charged 9,2 million rupiahs,” he said on Monday, 11 July 2022.
Other than being installed by surveillance camera, other public facilities in this dormitory include musholla, living room, kitchen, laundry and 8 bathrooms on each floor.
“In the bedroom, there are already completed by a bed, cupboard, desk/table and chair. The room is quite spacious and its air circulation is good because there are windows which directly lead to the outside,” he added.
The price set also includes the cost of water, electricity, cleaning, and security. This price is relatively cheap when it is compared to other dormitory house around campus.
In order to maintain security, the dormitory is always guarded by a female security guard and a curfew is enforced, a maximum of 22.00 WIB.
The facilities, prices, and security offered by the Hj. Fatimah (Rusunawa) is certainly an advantage in attracting the interest of parents and students.
The dormitory has just been reopened in October 2021, following the easing of Bandung City Government regulations regarding restrictions on activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic. (Reta)**
