BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – During adjustment period of Emergency State of Restriction Implementation on Community Activities (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat Darurat, PPKM) in Java-Bal, in July 6th, 2021, Rector of Universitas Pasundan set the Working from Home (Bekerja dari Rumah, BDR) regulation until the next July 20th.
It was written on the Announcement Letter regarding BDR Implementation No. 130/Unpas R/C/VII/2021 aimed for all staffs in Unpas, including leaders staff, teachers, and others.
Previously, Unpas had also issued the BDR Urgency Letter when Bandung was on Alert-1 Status, from June 21st to July 2nd, 2021.
“Physical activities within Universitas Pasundan are limited by undergoing BDR and have been actually done at home since the date of this letter was issued until July 20th, 2021,” said the Rector.
The letter will also be further evaluated and adjusted to the current situation and condition of Covid-19 case, particularly in Bandung and generally in Indonesia.
“During BDR, the learning process and administrative service are provided online, but it still applies health protocol and 6M (putting on face mask, washing on hands, socially distanced, avoiding crowds, limiting mobility and improving body immune),” he continued.
The Rector also emphasized that BDR should be always controlled by each staff leaders so that the other staffs (under their supervision) do not leave the house.
Apart from that, when necessary, both institution and staff leader should be always prepared to use their communication device on its 24-hour stand-by.
“BDR is not time for taking a holiday. All Unpas staffs, as well as their families, are expected to work together to stop the spread of Covid-19,” he ended. (Reta)*
