Rector of Universitas Pasundan Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Jusuf Sp, M.Si., M.Kom (middle) Friday, June 26th, 2020, got awarded from Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) handed by Dr. Ir. Dewi Sartika, M.Si, Assistant of Government, Law and Social Welfare West Java (on behalf of Governor of West Java), along with Head of BNN West Java, Drs. Sufyan Syarif, MH., at Gedung Sate Bandung on the International Anti-Narcotics Day (Hari Anti Narkotika Internasional – HANI). The event was attended by Head of Regional Office Ministry of Law and Rights West Java, Director of Narcotics Detective West Java Police, representative of West Java High Prosecutor’s Office and representatives of Pangdam Siliwangi.
The ceremony was also witnessed by Indonesian Vice President, KH. Ma’ruf Amin who led the event of HANI virtually. It was attended virtually by Head of BNN, Drs. Heru Winarko, SH., Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform, Cahyo Kumolo, as well as District Heads around Indonesia.
Rector of Unpas is the only one rector in West Java who got this award. He was handed the award signed by Head of BNN Drs. Heru Winarko, SH on The Act of Prevention, Eradication, Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking (Aksi Pencegahan, Pemberantasan, Penyalahgunaan and Peredaran Gelap Narkoba – P4GN) by the formation of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers, as much as 4.273 people (most of them are students) and the arrangement of Integrated Policy of P4GN materials into the activity of education, research, community service and periodic socialization of urine test in Universitas Pasundan.
