BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Former Vice Governor of Banten for 2017-2022, Andika Hazrumy has recently been appointed as Head of Alumni Association (Ikatan Keluarga Alumni, IKA) Universitas Pasundan Korda Banten.
Andika was selected through local discussion/forum event held at the Hotel Horison Ultima Ratu, Serang, on Saturday, 22 May 2022 along with the post Eid Al-Fitr’s halalbihalal of Unpas alumni in Banten.
He was appointed as Head of IKA Unpas Korda Banten for 2022-2027. The election was carried out according to the regulation set by the Election Commission (Komisi Pemilihan Ketua, KPK) for IKA Unpas.
At the event entitled “Mageuhkeun Silaturahmi, Ngajunjung Duduluran”, General Chairman of IKA Unpas Drs. H. Subur Dwiyono, M.M appreciated the alumni enthusiasm.
“This local discussion for IKA Unpas Korda Banten was attended more than 150 alumni. We, as administrator for Centre IKA Unpas are proud, because a new history has been created in Korda Banten,” he explained.
Being the elected chairman for IKA Unpas Korda Banten, Andika said that he will bring and create this organization as the forum for developing communication and alumni gathering.
“Not only for alumni purpose, it is also for local and public/community development,” he continued.
He also added that the alumni potential in Bandung are really great. Based on the data collected, Unpas alumni in Banten mostly work on strategic position, both in government, politics, military, academy of police, and private company.
“Later, I will try to build alumni synergy to take participation in various life sectors, such as economy, government, development, as well as development of human/natural resource quality in Banten,” he added.
Other than IKA Unpas Korda Banten, on Sunday, 5 June 2022, IKA Unpas for Bekasi Ditrict/City Government also underwent a local forum discussion and held an election for its new Head. Its new head is now Aulia Rahman, S.E., M.M. (Reta)**
