BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Department of Doctor Education Studies, Faculty of Medicine (FK) Universitas Pasundan underwent field assessment in order to carry out the online accreditation by Independent Accreditation Institution for Health Higher Education (Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri-Perguruan Tinggi Kesehatan, LAM-PTKes).
The assessment was carried out for two days, Thursday-Friday, 18-19 November 2021, at the Hall of Mandala Saba Dr. Djoendjoenan, Campus V, Jalan Sumatera No. 41, bandung.
The assessor team in charge are Dr. Siti Amarwati, Sp. PA(K) (Universitas Diponegoro), Dr. Dra. Ria Kodariah, MS (Universitas Indonesia) and Dr. dr. Veronika Ika Budiastuti, M.Pd (Universitas Sebelas Maret).
On the first day, the agenda was about presentation from the faculty and department regarding the implementation of academic program (University Tri Dharma) and human resources, financial condition, assets, facilities, as well as information system.
The assessor also checked and confirmed the forms that have been collected previously, which include vision, mission, goal and target (visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran, VMTS), governance, students, teachers, facilities and infrastructure, Outcome Based Education (OBE), curriculum, learning method, research, as well as community service program.
In the series of activity, there are sessions which required a review of facilities and infrastructure in Faculty of Medicine Universitas Pasundan with the concept of a live broadcast (virtual tour), including classroom, laboratory, skill lab, hospital for educational purpose practice (Pasundan Hospital), assisted village and other facility.
As for the main hospital for educational purpose/ practice, Unpas Faculty of Medicine collaborates with RSUD Cibabat Cimahi, while partnering hospitals are Mitra Anugrah Hospital, West Java Mental Hospital and Bandung RSUD Hospital, as well as with North Cimahi Public Health Centre (Puskesmas), Central Cimahi Public Health Centre and South Cimahi Public Health Centre.
“In the session of reviewing to the assisted village, interview was done with partners in Desa Cilame, Ngamprah District, and Desa Cibeureum, Kertasari District. It described about main program, problem analysis and community empowerment through educational way to improve health behaviour,” said the Vice Dean III of the Faculty, dr. Trias Nugrahadi, Sp. KN(K).
The assessor team are currently observing and discussing the assessment. Its presentation session will be continued after Friday prayer.
“Field assessment is estimated to be completed at 15.30 WIB with the agenda of signing the minute, recommendation, wrap ups and uploading the assessment documents to SIMAK LAM-PTKes. Hopefully it will produce satisfactory results,” he concluded. (Reta)*
