BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Updating curriculum to adjust the development of Science, Technology and Arts (Ilmu Pengetahuan, Teknologi, dan Seni, IPTEKS) and stakeholder has been continuously maintained by Postgraduate School of Universitas Pasundan: one of which is by Doctoral Program of Law Studies.
The program tries to develop the curriculum and academic system as well by undergoing comparative study to Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) Yogyakarta, on Monday, 24 October 2022.
Other than that, this comparative study also discus the budget plan, as well as research journal publication and community service. It was attended by Vice Director I of Unpas Postgraduate School and Plt. Head of Department of Doctoral Program of Law Studies Prof. Dr. Bambang Heru Purwanto, M.Si., Vice Director II Dr. Heri Erlangga, M.Pd., Secretary of Department of Law Studies Dr. Siti Rodiah, S.H., M.H., and Dean of Faculty of Law Unpas Dr. Anthon F. Susanto, S.H., M.Hum.
Secretary of the department Dr. Siti Rodiah, S.H., M.H. said that this comparative study aimed to obtain and gather the information regarding the curriculum implementation in other university.
“It was also a comparison, because organizing curriculum must be in accordance with the national guidelines and standards of the Higher Education (Dikti),” he explained.
He added that this activity would be followed up with a program of inter-institutional cooperation to support the progress of each department.
From the results of the comparative study, information was obtained regarding the new academic guidelines, starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation.
“The results can be used to develop a learning plan for Unpas Doctoral Program of Law Studies in the upcoming academic year,” she concluded. (Reta)**
