BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Head of Indonesian Child Protection Comission (Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia, KPAID) for Sukabumi District, Imam Noeril was elected as Head of IKA for Communication Studies Department, FISIP Universitas Pasundan for the period of 2022-2027, on Friday, 22 April 2022.
The official inauguration was attended by Vice Dean III of Unpas FISIP Drs. H. R. Sumardhani, M.Si and Secretary of Unpas Communication Studies Department Vera Hermawan, S.I.Kom., M.I.Kom.
Imam was officially inaugurated at the Gathering and Inauguration of the Unpas Communication Studies Department IKA administrators held at the Hall of Suradireja, Unpas Campus I, Jalan Lengkong No. 68, Bandung.
The administrators’ arrangement was set based on the alumni’s discussion which was started by the selection of representatives for the chairman in last March.
This class-of-2015 alumni said that the mandate as Head of IKA for Unpas Communication Studies Department is not an easy task to do, especially when it is added with the responsibility of needing to strengthen the silaturahmi between alumni and maintain the university’s dignity.
“Thank you to all friends and seniors who trust me to carry on this task. I just wish for the pray, support and collaboration from all alumni and administrators of Unpas Communication Studies’ IKA,” he said.
He wanted IKA Ilkom Unpas to be a place/forum which is able to bring advancement for the department, especially and for FISIP, generally. This Alumni Association (Ikatan Alumni, IKA) of Communication Studies Communication can also be used for expanding networks, providing job information and other inputs.
“We hope this association could bring positive impacts and make useful collaboration,” he hoped. (Reta)*
