BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Universitas Pasundan signs the Memorandum of Understanding
(MoU) with Regional Government of Paser, East Kalimantan regarding the University Tri
Dharma implementation on Friday, 18 February 2022.
The MoU signing was carried out by Rector of Unpas, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Jusuf Sp., M.Si.,
M.Kom., IPU and Regent of Paser, Fahmi Fadli at Rector’s Room, Unpas Campus II, Jalan
Tamansari No. 6-8, Bandung.
The collaboration itself will cover the fields of education, research and community service. It
aims to optimize the resource potential and fund resource to develop the institutional and
constructional purpose.
“As in line with the 8 Key Performance Indicators (Indikator Kinerja Utama, IKU) which need to
be achieved by the University, Unpas keeps managing collaboration with penta-helix elements.
We hope this collaboration could create integrated system to improve the human resource quality
in both institutions,” said the Rector.
Other fields are also included on this collaboration, namely the implementation of government
programs/activities, law, economy, education, science and technology, as well as social and
cultural issues.
“Each party will also carry out educational, training, tutorin, and mentoring activities according
to their duties and responsibilities," he said.
Through this collaboration, both Unpas and the Regional Government of Paser can hold a joint
research program, scientific activities, seminar, workshop, focus group discussion, and so on.
“This MoU will be valid for 5 years since it has been signed. It will later become a valid legality
in organizing joint activities as form of realizing responsibility in the effort to empower human
