BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Ahead of the online program of Campus Introduction (Program Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus bagi Mahasiswa Baru, PKKMB) Universitas Pasundan, the organizing committee began preparing to hold a rehearsal at The Trans Luxury Hotel, Bandung.
The rehearsal will be held on Friday, 1 October 2021, a day before the official schedule of PPKMB is set. To prevent problems occurring when the event took place, all participants are required to attend the rehearsal to get direction and urged to join to Zoom Meeting room at 13.00 WIB.
The university-level PPKM will have take place for one day, on Saturday, 2 October 2021. The series of this event is going to be followed up by faculty-level and department-level PPKMB. Its time, duration and regulations of both faculty-level and department-level PPKMB will be arranged based on their regulations.
“Since it is online, the duration of PKKMB will not take long time, approximately three hours, from 08.00-11.00 WIB. This year, Unpas bring the theme ‘Akselerasi Kebangkitan di Masa Pandemi’ to make students grow and developed in optimism,” said the Head of Committee of online 2021 Unpas Virtual PKKMB, Dr. H. Dede Ramdan, M.Si., on Thursday, 30 September 2021.
The series of the university-level PKKMB include the new students’ coaching program, vision and mission presentation, as well as socialization program of Students’ Activity Unit (Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, UKM). Meanwhile, detailed information about learning system, academic activities, introduction of Learning Management System (LMS), students’ association and many more will be further explained in the faculty-level and department-level PKKMB.
The committee wished that although PKKMB is still held online, new students are expected to be able to adapt, participate actively, optimize the technology and pay attention to the materials given carefully.
“We hope the meaning of PKKMB could be accepted optimally and the new students could get the information as good as possible,” he concluded. (Reta)*
