BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Magister Program of Notary Universitas Pasundan underwent an accreditation visitation or online field assessment held by National Accreditation Board (Badan Akreditasi Nasional) for Higher Education, on Friday-Saturday, 20-21 August 2021.
The online assessment was held at the Hall of Mandala Saba Dr. Djoendjoenan, 5th Floor Unpas Magister Building, Jalan Sumatera No. 41, Bandung. Assessor-in-charge was Dr. Angkasa, SH., M.Hum from Universitas Jendral Soedirman and Dr. Nanik Triastuti, SH., M.Hum from Universitas Diponegoro.
The event was also attended by Chairman of Post-graduate School Prof. Dr. H. M. Didi Turmudzi, M.Si, Head of Notary Study Program Irma Rachmawati, S.H., Sp.I, M.H., Ph.D, Vice Chairmen, teachers, academic staffs, quality assurance unit staffs and filing team.
The event was started by confirming the department performance report, department data, and self-evaluation report. Determination of the final LKPT data will be used as the basis of quantitative assessment and LED data support.
On the first day, the field assessment was divided into several sessions: first, with the university staff leaders; second, with the internal quality assurance unit; third, with the academic staffs, students and external users.
“On the second day, it will be continued by doing the sessions with Department Management Unit (Unit Pengelola Program Studi, UPPS) and accreditation team, assessor team’s working session, feedback confirmation of the field assessment draft and closing statement,” explained Head of the Department.
On the session with the university staff leaders, there were confirmation related to the plans for developing the accredited UPPS, management system, maintenance system and UPPS achievement reported.
Meanwhile, implementation of internal quality assurance consisted of its confirmation, resulf and effectivity of the Internal Quality Assurance System (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal, SPMI) process in UPPS, including all cycles of Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Control and Improvement (Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, Pengendalian, Peningkatan, PPEPP).
“As for the session with academic staffs, assessors asked in detail to each sub-section heads and teachers. Matters that were confirmed included about research performance, curriculum, courses, wealth, and many others,” he said.
The event was also attended by teachers from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) as working partner of the department to give few statements during their 6-month teaching in Unpas Magister Program.
On Saturday, 21 August 2021, online visitation process will be closed officially by the signing of field assessment minutes as well as submitting the recommendations and directions from the assessors. (Reta)*
