BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Rector of Universitas Pasundan, Prof. Dr. Ir. Edy Jusuf Sp, M.Si., M.Kom., IPU hands over the diploma to parents of Late Muhamad Ali Yunan Isnan, student of Faculty of Engineering, who passed away after the final assignment trial test (Sidang Akhir Skripsi)
The Rector met the parents and families of Ali, accompanied by Vice Rectors, Dean of Faculty of Engineering Dr. Ir. Yusman Taufik, MP., Vice Dean III of Faculty of Engineering Ir. Bukti Tarigan, MT., Head of Department of Food Technology Ir. Yusep Ikrawan, M.Sc., Ph.D and other supervisor teachers at Unpas Campus II, Jalan Tamansari No. 6-8, Bandung, on Wednesday, 6 July 2022.
“Rector hands over the diploma to the father of Late Muhamad Ali Yunan Isnan who passed away in 6 February 2022,” wrote the Rector on his personal Instagram Account @profeddyjusufsp.
As reported previously, Ali passed away due to a lung disease he suffered, not long after the finished his final assignment trial test (Sidang Akhir Skripsi) and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree.
Ali, who was supposed to attend the Batch II Graduation Ceremony 2022/2023 Academic Year held at Harris Hotel and Converntion hall on last Saturday, 28 May 2022, was replaced by his father for his attendance.
Ali’s parents sat down between the other gowned-graduates to receive the diploma and represented the inauguration ceremony.
After the ceremony, Rector and Dean’s staff of Facutly of Engineering met the parents of Late Ali and send their condolences.
Ali was a class-of-2016 student of Department of Foo Technology from Gegesik Sub-District, Cirebon District. During his college, Ali was known as an active person who often spent his time taking part in organization at campus.
Ali was once Head of Division 2 of HMTP Kertayuga Cabinet 2019-2020, supervising Division of Medkominfo (Media, Communication and Information), PPM, Rohis (Religious Unit) and Rumah Tangga (Household).
Before he passed away, Ali had been treated at a hospital in Cirebon three times, but his condition dropped after completing the final trial.
