BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Since Bandung was on Level 1 Alerted last June, Universitas Pasundan underwent a Working from Home (Bekerja Dari Rumah, BDR) policy, so it requires all academic services and activities converted online.
During Covid-19 Pandemic, Unpas Centre Library set an online service and temporarily does not take a visit from students. However, students can still access library collection through the website http://elibrary.unpas.ac.id.
Reported from the post on Instagram account @unpasperpuspusat, students who have an urgency to complete the filing for free-borrowed certificate from the library are recommended to fulfil and submit several requirements.
The required documents which need to be submitted are one copy of the final project (final assignment, thesis, or dissertation), CD backup of the final project and two books to be donated at least published in 2017 according to each study program.
Students are also required to include an approval statement for the publication of their final project or scientific work for academic purpose affixed with a 3×4-sized coloured photo and a copy of submission receipt of documents to the faculty’s library.
“The statement format will be given after the concerned students make a coordination to the library staff to complete the filing for free-borrowed certificate from the library itself,” explained Head of Unpas Centre Library, Dr. Titin Nurhayatin, M.Pd.
These documents are a condition for the issuance of Library Free-borrowed Certificate. Documents can be sent via an expedition service and addressed to the Unpas UPT Centre Library address, Campus IV, Jalan Dr. Setiabudhi No. 193, Bandung.
“The certificate will be processed if the students have already sent the receipt proof of the document. Further contact or information can be obtained by sending message through Whatsapp Messenger to the Library Staff Wahyu Wajyudin, S.Pd., M.M,” he concluded. (Reta)*
