BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Universitas Pasundan will hold an offline Graduation Ceremony Batch I for 2022/2023 academic year on 6 December 2022. These are further information about the ceremony:
1. Activity Timeline
- Registration Process : 10 October – 24 November 2022
- Data and Content Management : 25 October – 24 November 2022
- SK of Graduation Ceremony Submission to LLDIKTI : 25 November 2022
- Graduation Equipment Collection : 26 November – 3 December 2022
- Briefing and Rehearsal : 5 Desember 2022
- Graduation Ceremony : 6 December
2. Registration Process
Registration form can be accessed in SITU 2.0 through the website https://situ2.unpas.ac.id/. Alumni who want to attend the graduation ceremony are required to do the registration process, fulfil the requirements and do the graduation ceremony payment.
3. Registration Steps
- Candidates of graduates fulfil the form, including names, complete address, thesis/dissertation title, GPA, supervisors’ name, etc.
- Fulfilling supporting data
- Verifying and validating the completeness of attending the graduation ceremony
4. Fees and Payment
Graduation fees are paid through Bank Mandiri Universitas Pasundan virtual account:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) : Rp 1.350.000 (one million three hundred fifty thousand rupiahs)
- Master Degree (S2) : Rp 2.000.000 (two million rupiahs)
- Doctoral Degree (S3) : Rp 2.250.000 (two million two hundred fifty thousand rupiahs)

The equipment can be picked up on 26 November – 3 December in Tamansari within operational hours:
6. Graduation Ceremony and Other Requirements
- The ceremony will be held onsite.
- Graduates may be accompanied by 2 persons
- Briefing and rehearsal are held on 5 December 2022 at 14.00 WIB.
- Graduation ceremony will be divided into 2 sessions; Session 1 at 07.30 – 11.30 WIB, while Session 2 at 13.30 – 16.30 WIB.
- Location of the ceremony and each session of the ceremony will be informed later.
