3. Higher quality and quantity of academic cooperation with credible external institution
4. Better curriculum of competency
5. Quality improvement of students’ character
6. Quality and quantity improvement of students (intake)
7. Quality improvement of international programs
8. Better teaching lesson of international class
9. More satisfying cooperation with foreign international-standard universities

1. To find solutions of nation’s problem based on socio-cultural approach
