BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Since 2018, Forum of Indonesian Human Capital (Forum Human Capital Indonesia, FHCI) initiated the Certified Program of Students’ Internship (Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat, PMMB). This program is the implementation of ‘BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri’.
PMMB becomes one of the strategies for improving the graduates’ quality, so they are able to compete globally. Through PMMB, it is expected to be a link-and-match curriculum between university and industry sector.
For your information, PMMB is not a process of pre-recruitment. Students cannot ask for being promoted to be regular-employee at BUMN.
This year, FHCI again opens registration for 2022 Batch 2 PMMB which is intended for active students at the Diploma, Bachelor and Magister Degree. There are more than 20 State-owned Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Negara, BUMN) where students can carry out their internship program.
Students in Universitas Pasundan also has same opportunity to register and improve themselves, both in the Industry-sector Certified Internship and Competency-sector Certified Internship program. The registration link can be accessed at htpps://bit.ly/PMMBUNPASB222 until 16th August 2022.
Here are the following requirements needed:
- Students of D2/D3/D4/Bachelor/Magister Degree
- Students are in their 7th semester. 5th semester students are also allowed with the provision of being able to commit to take the internship program for 6 months (full-time).
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (proven by transcript)
- Mentally and physically healthy
- Attachment of Integrity Pact (download in https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aFSK6HdU6N1OhbyE0ZhwnTdzfmuWcTFl/view)
- Attachment of CV and Student ID Card, proof of achievements such as certificates and medals (if any)
Considering the Department where students currently studying are adjusted to the needs of each BUMN, there are some departments that cannot participate. Here are few departments in Unpas which can take part in this program:
- Faculty of Law (FH): Legal Studies
- Faculty of Social and Political Science (FISIP): Public Administration, Social Welfare, International Relations, Business Administration, Communication Studies
- Faculty of Engineering (FT): Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Urban and Regional Planning
- Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB): Management, Accounting, Economic Development
- Faculty of Arts and Literature (FISS): Visual Communication Design, English Literature
Students who takes this PMMB program from FHCI will obtain various benefits, including work experiences in BUMN, new talents and skill, as well as certificate, according to the program they have chosen and allowance money during their internship program. (Reta)*
