BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Participants of Batch 3 Selection Test of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Pasundan undergo MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) test on Thursday, 18 August 2022. This test includes personal test and DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales) test.
The three tests are carried out after the participants have already attended CBT-based test last weekend. Based on the data released by the committee of New Student Admission (Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru, PMB) for Faculty of Medicine, the participants for MMPI were amounted to 104 people.
The test is intended to find out participants’ personality, especially to find out their psychological disorder, such as anti-social disorder, sexual disorder, depression and many more. Meanwhile, DASS is a self-assessment scale used for measuring negative emotional condition of a person/participant, such as depression, anxiety and stress.
Before taking the test, participants were given briefing through Zoom Meeting and fulfil the MMPI form.
During the test, participants are supervised by the PMB Committee via Zoom. Participants are also required to turn on the camera during the exam and are not allowed to use the Zoom background.
This is intended to prevent cheating which results in academic consequences or student status (if they are found cheating).
“Participants are asked to prepare two devices and two Zoom accounts. Participants are advised to be alone in a closed room, do the questions honestly, and have an internet network or sufficient quota,” wrote the Unpas FK PMB Committee in the Batch 3 USM MMPI SOP.
After the MMPI test, there will be an Open House on Friday, 19 August 2022 and interviews on Sunday, 21 August 2022. Selection results will be announced Tuesday, August 23, 2022. (Reta)**
