Regulations and Sanctions for 2021 Unpas PKKMB

BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id –The annual event in order to welcome the new students of Universitas Pasundan will be soon going to be held. New students will be confirmed virtually in the event of PKKMB. It is going to be held on 2 October 2021. These are regulations that are required to obey during PPKMB, as well as its sanctions for those students who disobey: 

REGULATIONS: 

1. Attending the series of event completely according to the schedule set by the committee.
2. Participants join/ log in to the Zoom Meeting room 30 minutes before the event start (at 07.30 WIB) and register themselves online. 

Regulations during the online PKKMB: 

1. Profile’s name on Zoom Meeting room should be logged in by using real name (not nickname) by using the format: NPM_Fullname_Department, e.g: FEB_AK_Intan Puspitasari
2. Using the background set by the committee based on the color of each faculty
3. Participants are required to turn on the camera during the event
4. Participants are required to turn off the microphone during the event

ATTIRE AND SELF TIDINESS:

MEN: 

1. Wearing the High School’s white-grey uniform; white shirt and grey pants
2. Short-and-neat haircut

 

WOMEN: 

1. Wearing the High School’s white-grey uniform; white shirt and long grey skirt
2. Neat haircut (not applying hair colorant), not putting any make up/ wearing excessive jewelry
3. For those students who wear jilbab, they are required to wear it in white-colored
4. Appreciating each other, holding the norms, ethics and behaving politely during the event.
5. Maintaining order among participants when PKKMB has taken place.
6. Providing doctor’s statement/certificate when having illness results in not being able to take part in the activities that have been set

 

RESTRICTIONS:

1. Leaving the event that has taken place, except for urgent things by the permission of the source person (presenter) or host via Zoom Chat feature. 
2. When the event is taking place, do not allow to open other applications, answering calls, chatting or texting, smoking, eating or doing other activities which might be disturbing other participants and the event itself. 
3. Wearing the attributes other than those set by the committee
4. Activating cellular phone when the event has taken place

 

To those participants who disobey the rules will be given sanctions: 

1. Sanctions for serious violations can be in the form of being dismissed as a new student candidate, declared not to have passed the PKKMB or repeat PKKMB the following year, suspension for a certain time.
2. Sanctions for minor violations can be in the form of verbal or written warnings
3. Sanctions for serious violations are decided by the Rector on the recommendation of the organizing committee
4. Sanctions for minor violations are decided and implemented by the organizing committee
5. Forms of violations and other sanctions that have not been regulated in this guide, will be determined in the rules and regulations that apply within Universitas Pasundan.
