
BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Universitas Pasundan have completed undergoing the monitoring and evaluation (monev) process for the Competition Program of Kampus Merdeka (Program Kompetisi Kampus Merdeka, PK-KM), on Friday, 28 October 2022.
Team of monitoring and evaluation of Kemendikbudristek assessed that the entire program and procurement carried out by 1 Institutional Support System (ISS) and other 7 departments of recipients of fun-assistance are already on the track.
To the Rector, Monev Team of Kemendikbudristek requested that the departments could continue to be escorted, so that the remaining programs can be implemented properly.
“So far, the implementation of PK-KM at Unpas is still on the track. Physical progress is above 50 percent, but there are some notes to be improved and anticipated,” explained the evaluator, Abinhot Sihotang, S.T., M.T.
The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture said that from a procurement and financial perspective, there were no significant findings or problems.
For the next two months, each department is asked for completing their programs and arrange for reports as detail as possible in order to anticipate unexpected things during audit process.
“Since we have already guided Unpas from the very beginning, we hope that there would not be any findings during the audit process. If the audit is proven clean, it would be an additional value for Unpas. We are open for any evaluation,” he confirmed.
Unpas Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Jusuf Sp, M.Si., M.Kom., IPU. said that the was grateful for the direction of Monev Team of Kemendikbudristek.
“Thank you for the advice and recommendations. This is a useful guiding track to straighten what has been deviated from the track. Each department and ISS will follow up and make if more perfect in the field,” the Rector concluded. (Reta)**
