BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Universitas Pasundan welcomes the visit of team of external’s monitoring and evaluation (monev) for the Competition Program of Kampus Merdeka, on Friday, 28 October 2022.
Team of Monev from Kemendikbudristek was led by Prof. Dr. Ir. Hamim Sudarsono, M.Sc. along with other three evaluators, accompanied by Team of Inspectorate General and Team of Secretariat of the 2022 PK-KM.
Monitoring and evaluation process aims to find out the achievements and implementation of PK-KM in departments who receive the fund-grant. Other than that, it is also associated to the financial report, administration system, and data presentation.
In 2022 fiscal year, Unpas obtains PK-KM League I fund-grant for five departments and one Institutional Support System (ISS).
These five departments include Department of Social Welfare Studies, Environmental Engineering, Economic Development, Primary Teacher Education and Visual Communication Design.
Team of Kemendikbudristek also carried out the monitoring and evaluation process for the 2021 fund-grant recipients which are currently running on their second year, namely Department of Food Technology and Accounting
“We have already carried out various activities related to PK-KM, both in the first year and second year. We are ready to provide evidence of the activities needed in this program,” the Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Jusuf Sp, M.Si., M. Kom., IPU. explained in his speech.
The Rector said that monitoring and evaluation process was carried out to observe and evaluate the implementation of the program. Inputs and directions from the Kemendikbudristek team will be implemented as a strengthening of the program so that it can be completed perfectly.
“We hope, in accordance to Commemoration of Sumpah Pemuda, this activity would run smoothly. We have already worked hard according to the guideline and SOP set before,” he added.
Becoming Learning Media
Representative of monitoring and evaluation team, Prof. Dr. Ir. Hamim Sudarsono, M.Sc. emphasized that this activity becomes a media for studying each other and fix the weaknesses to improve the smoothness of the program later.
“Fund grant is not only about budget/finance, but a learning experience. There are certainly few things to be clarified, but it is not for finding mistakes, but for fixing them,” he confirmed.
Monev Team of Kemendikbudristek will also learn on good practice in Unpas to be set on the original university. (Reta)**
