A total of 22 students of UNPAS Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Bandng have successfully passed the Competence Test.
A total of 22 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) University of Pasundan Bandung successfully passed the Competency Test (Ujikom). They are entitled to obtain a Competency Certificate from the National Professional Certification Agency (lit. Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesional (BNSP)). The test was held by the collaboration between UNPAS FEB and LSP Uniga.
The twenty-two students mentioned above consisted of 11 students of Management Study Program by majoring in Operational Marketers (lit. Tenaga Pemasar Operasional) and 11 students of Accounting Study Program by majoring in Primary Accounting Technician.
The Competency Certificate from National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) was handed to the students on Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020 in UNPAS FEB, Jln. Tamansari Bandung. Other than that, on the same day, Tax Brevet Certificate A&B was also symbolically handed to 26 of 32 participants who have been registered. Some of them postponed the training due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Dean of UNPAS FEB, Dr. H. Atang Hermawan, MSIE., Ak explained that the Competency Test for Management and Accounting Study Program will be further continued to the next level of Competency, also followed by the Economic Development Study Program. Moreover, Tax Brevet Training A&B is regularly carried out every semester.
By obtaining this competency certificate from National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), students of UNPAS FEB are now seen to be skillful and competent in their profession. “There are also a certainty that the students have a qualified ability as a professional,” he said.
Atang Hermawan also stated that the Faculty has also been collaborating with ISEI and HD Tax Center for so long, particularly in carrying out the program of Brevet A&B Training. “Up until now, there are 4 class of generation consisting of participants from students of UNPAS FEB and other universities, as well as from private institution such as hotel management,” he said.
Brevet A is a level of course or tax training, basically starting from basic introduction and tax regulation. The regulation is also started by the discussion of personal income tax. Usually the material presented includes general provisions regarding taxation procedures (lit. Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan (KUP)), Property Tax (lit. Pajak Bumi Bangunan (PBB)), Fees for Acquisition of Rights to Land and Buildings (lit. Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB)), Stamp Duty (lit. Bea Meterai)) and Personal Income Tax.
Brevet B is a level of course or tax training, basically starting from basic to intermediate discussion. It is started to discuss about Corporate or company tax provisions. The materials include Withholding and Collecting (lit. Pemotongan dan Pemungutan (PPh Pot-Put)), Income Tax, Article 21, Article 15, Article 23, Article 25, Article 26, Article 4 Paragraph 2, etc., as well as Value Added Tax (lit. Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN)), Tax Accounting and Corporate Income Tax,*
