BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Magister of Public Administration and Policy, Postgraduate, Universitas Pasundan takes collaboration with Cianjur District Government to hold the “Kursus Peningkatan Sumber Daya Aparatur” at the Grand Hotel Preanger, Bandung, on Wednesday, 8 June 2022.
The event entitled “Peningkatan Bidang Analisis Kebijakan Publik di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Cianjur” was attended by 25 participants from various institutions.
Vice Director I of Unpas Postgraduate Prof. Dr. Bambang Haru, M.Si. representing the Director of Unpas Postgraduate, Prof. Dr. H. M. Didi Turmudzi, M.Si stated that the knowledge about public policy becomes the important base/foundation for government apparatuses.
“This training could improve their [apparatuses’] competency in understanding the issues of public policy in their regions, especially in Cianjur District,” he said.
In additional, strong understanding related public policy can also develop the synergy between employees and support their work program continuity.
“Since having him/her officially announced, Cianjur District Government has already planned to do the training and technical guidance for structural officers/staffs to be synergizing with each other and in one-purpose in developing Cianjur,” said Prof. Bambang.
To be in line with the purpose to be received, the training provided will be referred to the vision and mission of the development of Cianjur District.
“We hope the result could be spread and distributed to the other colleagues,” he added.
Prof. Bambang hoped that later, the collaboration with the government could be continued and applied regularly in other regions, such as Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya, and many more.
“Apart from providing benefits for District Government, this program is really positive for Postgraduate students; one of which is as supporting instruments for holding accreditation which indeed needs to take various collaborations with other institutions,” he concluded. (Reta)**
