
BANDUNG, unpas.ac.id – Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Pasundan holds an Achievement Incubator Program (AIP) at the Hall of Mandala Saba Dr. Djoendjoenan, Unpas Campus V, on Wednesday, 21 September 2022.
This training was attended by 67 regular teachers and 20 academic staffs of Unpas FEB. The training divided into 8 sub-activities aims to improve competencies, creativity and innovation of human resource to obtain institutional achievement.
The result of this training will be oriented to the development of each department, faculty quality improvement and university advancement.
Teachers and education staff are equipped with the vision and mission of Unpas and Paguyuban Pasundan, mastery of learning methods, learning of English in non-international classes, as well as the ethics of lecturers and education staff. It was also followed by qualitative research and data processing, digital economy and business, lecturer profession policies, and accreditation.
Dean of Unpas FEB Dr. H. Atang Hermawan, MSIE., Ak. said that currently FEB Unpas is developing 3 achievement incubator programs, namely for teachers, employees, and students.
The incubator program is prepared to face international accreditation of each department and encourage the establishment of a superior-predicated faculty.
“To get into the step, there are a lot of programs prepared by Unpas FEB; one of which is through AIP training and program of achievement incubator,” he said.
The training is not only a place for improving competencies, but also facility for exchanging information, building solidarity and growing cooperative behaviour.
Later in the future, teachers and education staffs in FEB are expected to have international standard and strong identity regarding to cultural values.
“The training in line with the challenge faced by teachers in disruption era and technology advancement. Teachers are required to be adaptive by these changes. Therefore, teachers’ quality in various kind of fields needs to be improved as well,” he concluded. (Reta)**
